SpotX.download respects intellectual property rights. This page explains our process for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

1. Our Commitment to Copyright Compliance
SpotX.download is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of all parties. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).
Our website provides educational documentation about the open-source SpotX project. We do not host, distribute, or provide access to pirated software, copyrighted media, or any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
2. What SpotX.download Does NOT Host
To be clear about the nature of this site, SpotX.download does NOT host:
- Modified or patched application executable files
- Cracked software or license bypasses
- Copyrighted music, audio, or media content
- User-uploaded files or third-party application packages
- Account credentials or authentication bypass tools
Our content consists entirely of original written documentation, tutorials, technical articles, and publicly available information about an open-source community project.
3. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on SpotX.download infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be valid, your notice must include all of the following:
Required Information for a Valid DMCA Notice:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) or location(s) on SpotX.download where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

Include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line of your email. We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.
4. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice to verify it meets all legal requirements.
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is valid.
- Notify the party who posted the content (if applicable) that it has been removed due to a DMCA claim.
- Maintain a record of the notice as required by law.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of your local federal court.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

6. Repeat Infringers
SpotX.download will terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
